hello all

i am canadian pr , i recently got married in india and my wife's first and ofcourse last name both are changed , so i have some questions on how to apply for sponsorship, my wife's passport and all documents are in her old name but marriage certificate issued by civil court mentions her new name

so should she first change her name in passport in india, PAN CARD and then i should apply for her immigration

pls help

I suggest she get all her documents in her new name before applying. If it were only her surname that changed, I would say you could apply with the old documents, since the marriage certificate provides an explanation for that change. But with both names changing, it would be simpler to apply with new docs.

Note that the COPR and the PR card will be issued in the name on the passport.
