i am from islamabad.. my wife is Canadian PR living with me in islamabad. can she sponsor me for PR. as i already have a PR application in process under FSW Program. since 2007

As a PR, your wife needs to be in Canada to sponsor you.  If she was a citizen, she would be able to sponsor from outside.

if you have a successful FSW program going, why to make any changes? to start sponsorship, your wife will have to move to Canada, start working and you will have to withdraw your FSW application.

Really? I was under the impression that you could have PR applications pending at the same time, though it's likely to raise a red flag as they might think you are not really qualified and just trying to find a way in...
