hello everybody , i am new to this forum but i look it when ever i got time.
now i need help and guide from experts,
i am indian citizen holding work permit, my wife applied backhome spousal visa but it was rejected 2 times, reasons she is not well established in india but we showed nearly 1 crore proprty under her name and family name is this not enough? can try one more attempt it is worth plz help me thank ypou verymuch for your kind concern

If you keep getting refused and attempts to show ties to India have failed, I am not sure there is much more you can do.  Some embassies are very hard to deal with.  You can also try with family ties.  Your wife has ageing parents in India she must take care of, something like that.  If all fails, you will have to wait until you can get PR.  Then you can include your wife and she can join you.

very very thanks to kanamen and leon, yes, i wrote a letter (notorized) that i am also not going to extend my permit to take care of my parents and properties she also attached a letter from her employer stating after her return she will offered with job, but enything didnot work for me, it is ok for one more try?? after change of all proprty under her name.honostly i am also dont want to apply PR here i like to go back india, i already spent 7 years in abroad, now the refusels forcing me to apply PR, so i thinking to apply AINP under my employer as a COOK,the previous refusels will affect my PR process,plz help it !!!! thank you verymuch!!!!!

Previous refusals for wife's work permit have nothing to do with your PR and will have no effect.

Hello leon iam working as a PT asst which is noc B but my work permit is an open one can i apply for my husband's open work permit?

If you have a letter from your employer proving that your NOC is B, you can try it but your husband still has to prove that he will not overstay.
