Hello. I have been an international Student here in Canada and now I am eligible to apply for PR. My wife has never been in Canada and she is studying in other country. I was wondering whether I can include her name in my application and whether we can land to Canada at the same time (if our application approved)?

You need to include her in your application whether she is accompanying you or not, so to answer your question, Yes.
