Hello everybody


My wife who is waiting for her permanent residence is leaving Homs, Syria to go to Libya because her life is in danger. What's going to happen once she gets approved to get her permanent residence? Can she transfer her application to the canadian embassy in Libya?

Connect the embassy in Syria, Damascus and explain her situation. At the moment there is a priority for Syrian to get a visa.
