This being a major surgery, you would have to disclose to DMP, if their is no medical issue with the heart now, it would not be any issue with the CIC.

You must tell to dmp abt that becoz your medical history will go to the canada health care system upon your landing from the dmp and treatments in future will be easy in canada

Depending on what kind of surgery was done. There are various types of surgical procedures for heart. You did not mention what was taken place. However, that is to be discussed with the DMP during her medical and the DMP may advice for any investigation and a specialists report about her condition. It could probably be an echo cardiogram. However, for a normal situation there is nothing to worry.

Ur dmp response depends on type of surgery and other details related to it.
Share the details of heart surgery or procedure, then readers can advice in a better way.

Case to case variation exists.

Hi friend,
May i ask your email. I just want to ask questions about your medical because same story of mine. My husband just found during our medicals that he has mitral regurgitation that needs heart surgery. We are awaiting for their response now. We are worried. Hope you will share your experience. Thank you so much.
