One of my friend studying Master in Engg at University of Regina and he replied me this month :

regina is not a very good place to live, the weather is extremely cold, so much that you cant even walk outside for more then 10 to 20 min, moreover there are no jobs here for management guys, most of the jobs here are for IT professionals or engineers, I might as well shift to Toronto, so I suggest you try college courses in any province but regina its a very small city and weather is extreme cold.

The only reason comes in my mind is due to extreme cold weather at Regina.

BBA is quite expensive. Tuition fees is around 7500 CAD per term. 10000 CAD living and food expense. 3000 CAD for Insurance, books and supplies etc

7500 CAD per term is that a year or half year? This is for international students right?

If suppose I have a relative there, so my major cost would be tuition and insurance books and supplies right, what would that come down to for a year?
