Why Singapore ask me to submit relatives extra curriculam

hi I am from bangladesh i have submitted my full docs to cic singapore on last december 2009 through a consultent. Recently they mailed to my consultent to submit my relatives extra curriculm
1.Notice of assesment of last three years
2.Employment reference in CA
3.Bank statement.

Previously i submitted my relatives PR-SIN-Bcertificate-Mcertificate-Landing documents-Utility Bills-Passport and so on.
By the way it should be mention here about my relatives real scenario in Canada after his immigration approval

**For your concern he was Landed in Canada on December 25th 2006. But since he was a full time student in USA, He then moved to USA within few days. He was returned to Canada on July 31st, 2009 and continuously residing in Toronto ON CA. He also mentioned that he has no idea why the Canadian immigration authority will count his days in USA when he was out of Canada due to study purpose.**

He send me his bank statement and other utility bill like Bell CA , Fido solution etc and his tax assesment is on under process and most impotantly still he has no jobs though he has better education background.

In this situation presently i only submitted his bank statement and an explanation of his real scenario in CA

So guys pls advise me..................................?

One of the requirement for 'proof of relative' is to provide docs supporting his 'current actual residence' in Canada. Your VO might have a doubt on that and thus, this query.

hello qorax i am quoteing here the actual mail that cic s has sent to my consultent

"Dear client S is not prepared to accept the evidence that we have submitted for the relatives residency in Canada S has requested the following
1 Notice of Assesment for relative (Past three years)
2 Relatives employment evidence
3 Bank statement Current

I should mention here that his (relative) tax assesment is under process
But still he didn't manage any suitable job
In that situation i only submitted his current Bank statement

My consultent also mentioned that 'we need to get this now and if so, I think we can get this case approved'

now what can i assume...................?

Write the same to CHC and provide the following:
1. Rental contract
2. Utilities bills [tele, cable, internet etc.]
3. Credit Card statements [form the day-1 till date. 2-3 months]
4. Bank statements [ditto as above]
5. Docs of Car purchase [is any]
6. Bills supporting purchase of Home appliances [is any]
7. Other docs like Pp copy, COPR, SIN, PRC etc, u must have already submitted.

In process 17-March-10
Medical ??

Will i Get Medical request or Rejection by 31st March?
