It seems the processing time in Buffalo is getting longer and longer.  Why most people prefer this location? Is there any people submit their immigration application files to other embassy of canada which can process faster?  Thank you.  Smiley

Because we don't have a choice, I would have submitted my file in Singapore and got it done in 6 months but because I've been living in North America for the past 7 years, I have to submit via Buffalo, which is not only double the processing time as Singapore but also a pain to contact! It specifies on the approval letter where you have to apply, it's not a choice

Thank you very much.  But according the CIC website, it is said that embassy in the country of your citizenship or where you have been for above one year are all fine.  PNP process time of Buffalo is 11 months according to CIC, which is same to singapore.
