Ten months ago when I sent my full document to the visa office I submitted my police certificate. Yesterday I received my medical request papers they also told me for another police certificate. Would any body clear me why  I need for 2nd time police certificate?

PCC remains valid for three (3) months only. This is a very common situation happening with many candidates. So no need to worry about

hi,

yousuf is correct need not to worry just send an updated pcc to VO as soon as possible so for further processing. i too have sent them with the new pcc

No worries at all. This is the trend. They want to ensure that during the ten months of processing, you are still clean.

I would like to know , do you send 2nd PCC only from your present country or all countries you have lived in?

  february 23rd 2012 : In process with received by Visa Office in the inside details. address also disappeare

I would assume, it's  from the country that you current reside in. Let's hope not from all because simply it will be absolutely unrealistic.
