Why e-case still in process

The medical, RPRF schedule 1 and PCC was received by CHC london before 2 months
but e-case status is shows the same ** in process.**
Is this normal or

There is name, address, phone # and *** we transfer your application on 14 jan 2010 to london office they will contact you.
that is it.
Then chc receive the medical in the first week of july 2011.

It is usual and nothing for surprise if you see the ECAS "In process" even after stamping your visa.!!!

Dear Khalid, thank you for the response but your status contradicts to my opinions. Seems your inside details of 'in process' are save as RBVO, same as mine but you received MR according to you. In fact, E-CAS in process with RBVO details is not the real in process until there is not another line added like: we reviewed your application and started processing on ......(date). Here, you are explaining different experience which is confusing me. Seniors, please get me out of this confusion. Thank you in advance.
