I have earned 3 negative ratings in the last 10 days or so. I have been unable to find the reasons, I didn't hurt any forum member by my comments, all my comments are well thought and researched to the best of my knowledge and competency, I avoid controversial/derogatory/unncessary/irrelevant comments, have never made a comment for the sake of making a comment to increase number of posts to add one more star.

I know these negative ratings don't matter but sometimes make you wonder!!!

Thanks for you encouraging words. I don't let these bug me. This Canadian PR process has helped me in developing thick skin (good for Candian weather and job conditions initially).  Grin
