Whom or where I can ask?

Sir;
I applying for a temporary resident visa - family status (I am in QATAR and applying through Abu dhabi embassy - UAE), everything was okay and all stages had been passed already. My problem started when I got a request fom embassy to send my original passports for closing case. I sent my passports using courier DHL as a third party service company and embassy received them since 23 days (DHL record). I sent 4 email asking about reception confirmation or when I can get them back but no response or even reply to my emails. I checked with some colleges, they got there passports back after 10 days as a maximum. I know this is strange but What I can do - please advice?[/color]

i was wondering if and after how long u got a reply from the UAE embassy; if u still see this reply please help us; we r also waiting for the UAE embassy to reply and nothing; did that phone number work? for me that number was just an automated telephone and i could not talk to anyone...what way did u use for them to reply finally (email, going in person)?...
