CIC online services means lots of different services (for example forms download, CHC timeline, E-case page, Fees page etc), E-case & other services will different than each other services!!!! (ultimately we will not able to access somany stuffs on CIC website that day).

I am new o this forum,I have one query to ask if anyone cud help... we have done our medicals and sent our passports on the 31st may 2011.ever since then I am trying to check my ecas status and it says.......
We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:

* This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not yet begun processing it. The following link may help you determine if your application is being processed:

* At this time, you may use this on-line service to view the status of your application ONLY if you have:
o sponsored a member of the family class;
o applied for permanent residence from within or outside Canada;
o applied for a permanent resident card (initial, replacement or renewal);
o applied for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship);
o applied for Canadian citizenship for a person adopted by a Canadian citizen (on or after January 1, 1947);
o applied for a citizenship certificate (proof of Canadian citizenship);
o applied to renounce Canadian citizenship; or
o applied to resume Canadian citizenship.
The Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) may help you to access the status of your application through CAS.
But I cud check my status earlier n it said "In Process"....
What cud be the reason pls help I am worried.....

so you are not getting e-case status!! To know your e-case status select your immigration file number from drop down, use your file number, your surname (lastname), your DOB, your home country.
still you have problem you can send email to local CHC, they will update you.
