Yes, I got a passport request. Also i was asked to send PCC for my wife from UK, where she stayed for about 5 months and 10 days. I thought it was not necessary as it says it requires only if u stay for 6 months or more.

i sent my full app. to ND on 20 JUL....
but till date i am waiting for medical....
as per you timeline... i should also get medicals with few days...am i right??
is your ecase status changed to "IN PROCESS"...?
if yes then when???

Thanks for your reply. Your wife does not need to provide a police clearance if she stayed in UK less than 6 months. But for safe side, since they asked it is better to provide one. You can apply to ACRO and if you pay GBP70 you can avail premium service where they will process it in 24 hours.

u r absolutely right man. i filed in the end of june and still awaiting for medical request. god knows what's happening at chc nd. they r 2 slow with these 2 noc's.

Some of my friends got the medicals request within 50 days for the same NOCs. That's really surprising.
May be you should send a query to CHC and wait for their response. They will definitely respond to queries.
