who is programme officer?

Hi to All, its been more than 15 months my process started, 2nd of september I attend the interview and still waiting for medicals, in between my consultants(*****) have send three reminders to CHC New Delhi but no reply 26th November they have send a reminder to Programme Officer and they said he or she is the senior most in CHC, is it true or it is just to keep me cool.

Plz if any one knows update me.

The senior most official in CHC is the High Commissioner and the senior most CIC official at CHC is always a Counsellor. There are many Canada Based Officers (First and Second Secretaries) and Locally engaged Programme Officers at CHC and the agent will not know the name of the concerned Officer.
