Hey garian4u.. can u tell me on which date your file was transferred to NY, mine was transfered on 20th July, I am trying to figure out how much time does it take to get medicals after file transfer

Mark, when did your case transfer to New York?

mark_immi, my case was never transferred to NY. It is being processed in Buffalo itself.

I might suggest to carefully revised all common mistakes regarding filling the application.

1. Not leaving blank spaces (using N/A or None) in ALL blank spaces
2. Make sure you have wrote well your visa office
3. Check your NOC codes in Schedule 3. (make sure you have add an extra sheet for detailed duties).
4. All forms included (revise if your file was completed properly).
5. Signed and dated all forms required.
6. Not writing words as "until now, present, currently, etc" in all spaces about dates. (from - to).

It is a high chance that if you got mistaken in these common things your file might be sent back. Please confirm all those who hasn't got AOR that your files are error free.

hope this helps to maybe forsee if something maybe me going wrong.
