Dont worry hopefully you will get it in usually 15 days. but it depends upon Visa office. I have send my doc on 7th Dec but have not got AOR but the Status says that your documents are received. So i am not too much worried about it.

Aug - sent to CIO
Oct sent - Full docs
Dec - they requested for ielts and bank statement
Jan - medical, just finished ecg of my husband

Hi Caloy, Congrats to u.....Which FSW category r u both guys in n which is ur local visa office...did u apply in Aug 2009? My timeframe;
Aug - sent to CIO
Oct sent - Full docs

Seems New Delhi CHC is working very fast and London is the slowest..... My Full documents reached London CHC on 23rd Nov.. still no AOR or change in status.......... ,
London is going to be fast this year,they will ask for medical and ppr at a time..so cheerup  !but chc isl remains slow becuz lack of foreign staff...  |

Hello Everyone, This is really urgent..please help me out...i have a representative who has filed my initial application, i received and prepared all documents to submit but I realized that the representative has done some mess in my FSW category and they are not sure which category they put on my application, the person who prepared n sent my initial application is no longer with them, so they asked me to fill up form IMM 5475 to release my information http://www.cic.gc.ca/ENGLISH/pdf/kits/forms/imm5475e.pdfDoes anyone know how much time does it take to get reply, my 120 days clock is almost at half way, also if my representative wants the information disclosed...will it be IMM 5475 pr IMM 5476? Please advice soon... |

if anyone received an AOR from the visa office, can u plz tell what was written on it?
did they just acknowledge the receipt of the application or did they also write that the application has been found to be eligible?

I am yet to receive the second AOR. But I know that they would just send the acknowledgement of receipt and a new AOR number. The eligibility would be determined later and the processing time depends on the visa office.

Info for those who applied in Aug 2009, my application was July 2009, received my request for additional info, for all the police reports (No Criminal report = NCR), medical checkup and PRPP fees on 4 Jan 2010. Visa processing office Singapore, have only 45 days to send in medicals, fees and all respective police reports, but police reports to be sent directly for some countries, so its basically medicals and additonal required information and fees.
So those of u who have received yr AOR and waiting for your next stage, this is what u should expect.

Hi Everyone!
Its been long time since I was here.
Char_Bonel, you were right about my AOR. The letter from CIC, Sydney got lost in the transit...wonder what happened to the email.
Finally, I was able to prod both the Sydney and NewDelhi offices and got the reply finally on Feb 1st 2010 and unfortunately my 120 day deadline ends on 24th Feb 2010.
Now I have got all the documents exxcept my Police Clearance Certificate for which the verification by the Cop office is done. Hopefully I will get my PCC this week and I will be able to send all my documents by time.
Can you please tell me when I can expect the call for medicals? (assuming that I submit this week)
