^I'm pinay  as far as I remember (I have to look again at the embassy's letters hehe) june 2008 -application sent july 2008 - embassy's reply jan 2009 - embassy's reply, need to passed requirements may 2009 - passed all requirements june 2009 - embassy's reply, undergo medical august 2009 - medical sept 2009 - embassy's reply, send passport oct 2009 - sent passport oct 16, 2009 - passport with visa received and documents returned |

Can anyone advice me what should I do, My documents are received by CIO, NS on 15th Aug 2009 but still my DD is not encashed.

Hi I am facing the same problem. One of my colleague also applied one month afetr me and he got all the papaers back as his application got rejected. I am so upset .... may be my application is also rejected but i din't get any mail from them and my DD has not been encashed also ..... what should i supposed to do and whom should i contact  ? please help!!! |

got 8 for ielts.i took it 2nd time, my first expired after 2 years of waiting for my US application.Im a nurse thats why i have California application.wasted so much time waiting for America and end up entirely changing my plans and chose to apply for Canada.
have you sent you full application to local visa office? i have sent on 7th Dec. |

after you submit the second set of docs, it is usually a long wait.. again it depends on the visa office. I am in US and my visa office is Buffalo. Looks like there is a looong wait for response from Buffalo office. However, I am yet to submit my second set of docs.. waiting on my IELTS results and doing other doc collection work in between..

You received IELTS request on 21.11.09 & you submitted full documents to local CHC on 7.12.09. So did CIO, Sydney request for it? |
