Dear All,

I have got my file return due to submission of incomplete copy of AEO. I am very depressed. Its happen 2nd time with me. My lawyer has committed this sily mistake second time. Earlier he has sent my full docs directly to local visa office delhi on 20th of April-09 but they have sent back in the month of August-09 by giving explanation that rule has been changed and they have stopped taken files directly from 15th of April-09.

My canadian employer is saying that he has already file again on 21st of October-09 in NS Sydney and this time it would through. What should I do?

Kindly suggest. I have already loose 8 months golden time.

sorry to hear from u  ash, u were saying incomplete AEO, what does it mean, mine was also rejected first time, and this is my second time application. last time i got rejected saying that i dint send enough document to prove my one year continous employment, which i sent to my lawyer, hope this time i will get through, and this time i going to send my pay slips too. and dont loose hope, u fill ur application by urself and send it to your representative, this time i did it in the same way, always check the application which u send, so that u can make sure, whether it was filled right. kindly give ur e mail id.

Would you tell me what is the procedure for the application returned? Do you receive an email from Sydney or just wait your application to be returned to you by mail ?

I think my application is also returned soon and I am thinking to re-apply again !

I sent application to NS on 4th June 09.It was received on 11th June. I got reply on 5th Aug on my email and they said ' you have been found eligible and are now requested to send your complete application with all original documents to the specific visa office of your country, where final assessment of ur eligibility will be made. My visa office is Islamabad as I am from pakistan. I sent all my original documents apart from all forms to Islamabad on 13th Oct and am now waiting for their response.

I came to know about it when I called my lawyer about my file status. My lawyer never mail me. I every time connect with him. I think he has got all the papers back with the file which he has sent to CIO NS. Why do you think that your application would be return.

What is your noc code and when you file the application.

I forget to include my wife forms separately. I already sent them an update but I don't know if they accepted it or not. My application reached Sydney in 1st Sep 2009 and haven't received anything until now.

I apply under FSW3.

I don't know if my application is rejected, will I receive an email from Sydney or not? because application package returned needs a few weeks!

I think you need to wait 7-10 days more, if no response received give one more reminder. I think they would not consider it as they open the files according to their date of receipt. If they would corelate your second submission than its ok otherwise its dificult. What I think any file got its turn after 50 days as per todays scenario's. And officer assessed it with in day or two and decide. if decide to make it through then send the fee dd to concern bank and after its encashment confirmation send the AOR. It takes 7 to 10 days.

As you already compledted 60 days that's y I am saying to wait 10 days more, its only the option with you. If you are lucky one would be through.

Hi all of you, and congrats to all those who have received the intial mail. Me like a few are still to get the letter, we do not know the reason for the delay. I am already in canada on a work permit and hence i have an cleint ID in which the status still show pending review.
I have a question to all others who have got their intial mail did you all give IELTS results along with the inital application, i did not thinking that should be given to our Visa office, since i was under the impression that they only check whether we fall into the 38 listed job profiles and all other check are done at the visa office.
would apprecaiate and feed back on this

Yuppieeeeeeeeeee GOT THE AOR today i have been given 120 days limit to forward my documents to New Delhi office for further processing.........

DD encashed on 20th October
AOR Recived on 3rd Nov 2009

IInd stage started from 3rd nov till 3rd April for final submission.

My suggestion Do not waste 4 months for collecting and preparing the documents be ready or get all the documents by the time you send the initial doc's for CIO NS.

now i am furnishing in a week not more than that......

Lets see how it goes from now on .....

I am working on the full documents now. Can you please help? I have a few questions:
1.   Do I need to include the police certificate in the full documents?
2.   Do I have to get IELTS scores now? I have studied and worked in U.S for 8 years. Or should I try to write up a letter to argue my English proficiency?
3.   Education documents. A copy of diploma and transcript will be enough? Do I need to have the diploma copy notarized?
4.   Professional Certificate. A copy of the certificate will be good? Do I need to have the copy notarized?
