Application Sent to Sydney NS on 25th July from Singapore and received at Sydney NS on 29th July. I am waiting for the response.

that a good idea to minimize time from your side but keep in mind that PCC should not be more than 3 month old. |

But I have a doubt. Is PCC by itself not valid after 3 months or the CHC doesnt consider PCC more than 3 months old?
In both cases, it seems a bit weird. Any specific reasons? Please throw light.

I filed papers to NS and sent on August 21 by speedpost. How do i confirm that it has been received. The website for speedpost shows it reached missisuaga on Ausust 24.

Dear All,
How unfortunate am I you can read below and decide?
My lawyer has filed my case with full docs to local visa office i.e. CHC Delhi on 20th of April-09 which needs to be filed N.S. Sydney ist. After keeping 4 months my file by CHC they returned to us on 25th of August-09. Then I filed it again to N.S. Sydney on 27th of August-09.
If my lawyer does not do that such sily mistake may be upto this time I got reached upto medical done. But what happen so happen I am still hoping that the next would be done all right. My IELTS is going expire on 15th of January-00 and before that I need full docs submission request from CHC so that I would not have asked to reappear for IELTS. All the docs was available in my file i.e. PCC, family details, education certificates, p.r. fees dd etc.

i checked today with my bank... they mentioned Demand draft has been cashed....what exactly does it mean by this ....when can I expect their reply...

i read from some forums that once DD has been encashed that would mean ur package was opened and need to wait for 4-6 weeks more for the AOR and 120 days letter.I last checked my DD last week and it was not encshed yet.i think i need to followup.wow! at least we have one good news....
