congrats to the increasing number of members rcving aor.....for those who are yet to rcv, yours will come soon...
dear fiona,
I am working on the full documents now. Can you please help? I have a few questions:
1. Do I need to include the police certificate in the full documents? YES
2. Do I have to get IELTS scores now? I have studied and worked in U.S for 8 years. Or should I try to write up a letter to argue my English proficiency? if english is not first language, better take ielts (as far as i know)
3. Education documents. A copy of diploma and transcript will be enough? Do I need to have the diploma copy notarized? copy of transcripts in university sealed envelope and diploma wud be enough
4. Professional Certificate. A copy of the certificate will be good? Do I need to have the copy notarized? not necessarily as long as with company seal, supervisor signature and contact numbers [/color] other members may advice..

yesyes, mine is same case. My application reached to NS on 21.8.09. DD en-cashed on 15.10.09. But still no AOR on 4.11.09. Let's see what happens. Me dependents' application fee's DD reached there on 31.8.09 and it is still not en-cashed.

Hi guys,
My application reached NS on 15th August, still Draft has not been cashed, I got the draft in June from bank and as far as I know its only valid for 180 days, now as holidays are coming and they might cash my draft in mid January or something, its gonna be declined. What is gonna happen in that case. Will they send my packet back and Will I have to resubmit everything again? Does anyone had similar situation or are aware of something like this.
Any advice/comments will be helpful..

Please keep checking your mail folder, specially the spam folder. If your email preferences are set to high level, then there is possibility of AOR going to Spam folder. Best Wishes Hi

Hi
Just few minutes ago I heard that some one else from Bangladesh who submitted the File after me got the AOR through E-mail. I am pretty confused about our file; would that be rejected and thats why they are not sending any AOR through E-mail or by Post???
What should i do now?

I might suggest to carefully revised all common mistakes regarding filling the application.
1. Not leaving blank spaces (using N/A or None) in ALL blank spaces
2. Make sure you have wrote well your visa office
3. Check your NOC codes in Schedule 3. (make sure you have add an extra sheet for detailed duties).
4. All forms included (revise if your file was completed properly).
5. Signed and dated all forms required.
6. Not writing words as "until now, present, currently, etc" in all spaces about dates. (from - to).
It is a high chance that if you got mistaken in these common things your file might be sent back. Please confirm all those who hasn't got AOR that your files are error free.
hope this helps to maybe forsee if something maybe me going wrong.
