Hi dears,

my uncle's in law (my spouse's real uncle) would like to nominate me under family members category in Saskatchewan (SINP). My qualification is MBA (financial management) from Pakistan  and MBA (Business administration) from Sweden recently and also have 2 year work experience as production manager in Pakistan after my completing my master from Pakistan. My spouse is just graduate and don't have work experience.

Me currently reside in Sweden (since last two years) and my spouse in pakistan.

My questions are:

1. who will become the principle applicant in this case (Me or my spouse)?
 2. from where i send my application (Pakistan or Sweden)?

Looking early and positive reply.

Thanks in advance for ur kind suggestion

I am also in a similar situation rather dilemma. But I have been told that in such conditions you can be the principal applicant. However I am looking for someone with first hand experience. Let me know if you get confirmation from someone who has gone through this path.
