Another week passed!!! Do not know why they need to give false information? They assured in writing that they will definitely mail out within this week. It has been now eight weeks since they told us that the file is completed and would mail them.

I have received an info from our rep yesterday that they have rejected our application.  However we have never seen any documentation from PNP office yet..she will send it by e-mail...I'll update you once I have seen that paper. I do not trust anyone anymore... |

Ohh!!! Really Sorry Why they need to take so long to tell this? They had wasted so much of our time. In my case I am not a fresher and losing lots of oppurtunities waiting on this. I am in a position waiting just to get out of the mess. I asked my rep sevaral times and she told me that they cannot reject because my employer fulfills all the criteria. Now i am expecting the same result as you because both of our cases are almost similar. "Dear XXXXX, This application is completed and will be mailed out within the next week. We apologize for the delay. Sincerely," That was the exact wording of their last mail two weeks back. |

I do wish you the best gpranav! You deserve it after spending all those months by waiting....Hopefully your case is not like ours. They rejected the application based on the wages...they found it too low..however, the company was already approved last year and the year before and the wages were exactly the same...It's the rules that became more strict...We are not the lucky one....Anyway, I can't do anything else, than hope for the best...Keep me updated!I cross my fingers for you...

Hi Guys,
It's over now....Our file has been rejected 100%. It took more than a year....the wages for the existing workers in the same position were less than half of what they expected...I can't make a change in wages...
I will not give up yet! I hope I'll have more luck in experience class!

Hi Islington,
Had they sent a mail or You had contacted? We do not hear anything from them and my rep also hesistant to approach them. Couple of times they had sent a mail they will mail out within next week or two weeks. But nothing happened.
Good Luck for you in the CEC class. But I had lost faith in this and cannot afford to waste my time and money on this.
My case is almost similar and they were digging on the salaries of the employees of the company too much. I would be relaxed atleast if they tell the decision as soon as possible.
