Hello,
I am new in this immigration process. My simple question is that who do I pay the registration fee to and how do I ay it. Is there a special account or name of a person I will make the transfer to. To make myselfe more clearer, I am a Nigerian and Pharmacist by proffession planing to immigrate through Skill worker. I have a wife and three kids. Someone should advice on the current total charges in US dollars for my family.
Thanks.

1.  As you are resident in Nigeria your Simplified Application, unless you have an approved job offer, then a full application would be required and would be sent to Accra.  See: www.cic.gc.ca and http://www.dfait-maeci.gc.ca/accra/immig-en.asp  the Accra web site.
2.  The fees have to paid
Specific instructions on submitting fees

    * Bank drafts and certified cheques must be correctly addressed:
o Canadian or US funds:  Bank drafts and certified cheques in Canadian or US funds must be made payable to: "The Receiver General for Canada". They must bear the name of a correspondent bank in North America.
o Ghanaian Cedis:  Bank drafts and certified cheques in Ghanaian Cedis must be made payable to:  "The Canadian High Commission"
    * Certified cheques or drafts with a validity of less than 6 months will not be accepted.
3.  The fees would be $550 each for you and your wife, and if the children are less than 22 $150 ea.  So the application cost would be $1500.00 US.  Then if a visa issued, $980 US for Right of Permanent Resident fee.
