check the following site it will give you part of the answer to your question as to how many cases I don't think you can hace access to that kind of info!!

I think if i wait for 2011 then i ferget it to go canada because i am now 30 years old and no minige to go after then.

Take your time brother.
I am 38 years old and should wait probably another 2 years. I know for sure there are applicants much older than I and you.
What you can do, for the time being, focus on how you can improve your skills so that you will get a decent job once you landed in Canada.
