Which will they go wit?

i am under a removal order.... (exclusion order)

I have submitted my PRRA - just to delay, as i have a family court matter pending.
- i have already been granted supervised access, main custody case is starting soon.

The reason i was picked up (following a tip-off), was that I was out of status.
- i had the restoration application submitted within the 90 days. I was hand delivered to CBSC/CIC by a tip-off.

That original restoration of status is only a week away from being processed.

What will happen? Will it be granted or ignored? will the exclusion order go away as it will be proven that i submitted it?

I am preparing a H & C submission, as i have 2 dual citizen daughters in Canada.
I know the H & C won't delay removal, but next step is federal court, to ask for a stay, pending the custody case, so at least i can see them in Ireland during the summer.
