you don't have to... for all the applicants of Pakistan who directly applied to London (applicants from middle east and UK not included) , Islamabad will be stamping Passports.
PPR Step 1: will be sending photographs, photocopy of passports and Updated (PHEP) information chart to London.
PPR Step 2: will be sending passports to Islamabad by intimation from london.
I know it because I got the similar instructions from london and I applied to london from Pakistan after april 1st.
