As you are Indian citizen I request you to submit at New Delhi, because Indian citizens can not courier or post passport for stamping outside India, when you get RPRF and stamping call that stage will create problem for you, in this situation you must have to go London UK or you have to arrange send the passport to some authorised person like friends/family relatives.
to avoid this kind of problem please apply at New Delhi India.
even New Delhi India is also fast in process on PR file then London UK.
ND time frame : 10months
London Time Frame : 13months.

Dear Omm,

Ayazf is living in UAE and it is better to select VO as "London". There is no passport problem from UAE.

Once side you are saying that there is passport problem in India & difficult to send to London. Then how you are saying to apply in New Delhi (just bcoz of processing time diffference of 3 months).

Not clear with your statement....HuhHuh?

he is indian citizen, and Indian passport send outside anycountry its not advisible even Indian citizen staying in the UAE.
if RPRF request for passport submittion will come then how he submit it, there are 2 ways only 1: in person get visa of UK and stay atleast 15days there might be it will costly for him or 2: send through some authorised person.
if he applied in ND he is indian citizen then no requiered visa, may be he have home in Indian so it will not costly to stay for him atleast upto getting visa stamp on passport.
Thats why I suggest him a ND. even I marked ND is faster then London CHC not only difference for 3months , if you look overall agerage in this forum London CHC is some slow thats also fine but problem is passport submittion for Indian citizen.

Ok brother i guess i can put light on your situation as i was in the same frame of mind....I was in UAE as well and was wondering about the location of filing.....I did it from New Delhi as my wife is the primary applicant and she was in india......so we did it from india....if you ask me i don't think there is much difference if you are in UAE and you plan to be there till the time you get your VISA i would say file from there only ie london....the procedure is not different it is just 2-3 months extra.....second thing getting your Indian PCC n other documents sitting in UAE is far more easier .....then when it will come to passport submission you will have to come to india and post the passports to the CHC then wait for it in india only as CHC ND does not give passport by hands...passport submission for stamping will be a bit of the hassle for you.....rest i don't procedure in chc ND or london is alot difference ,.....I would say if your family is there ....do it from there only...

Hope that help

God bless Gav

Dear Omm,

Many Indians (including my relatives) have got the visa from here by sending the Passport to London by courier.

I have never heard that Indians in UAE cannot send passport to London. There is no need to get visa for UK.

Its upto the person to decide which Visa office to select.
