It is only the one New Dehli. Excellent processing times. It does not matter whether your are Pre-June Post June blablabla, they are very efficient. BTW mine is London. Tongue

 I think Manila is the fastest these days. NDVO used to be v. fast but it's slowed down somewhat, according to me...

Fastest i think is tokyo VO or cuba VO as per Canada website

But ND PPR method is not the best.You submit PP and may not get it for months.
Some VO ask for PP and gives you back same day.
