Which University to Choose in Canada

Hi Guys,
I am going to migrate to Canada in couple of months. Although I have done Masters in Computer Sciences but to get job in Canada,  I believe Canadian education plays a vital role so I am planning to complete Master Degree from Canadian University. I need help is selecting a suitable University which has following:
1.   Good Recognition in Canada
2.   Should be affordable
3.   Can access my years of education including master degree and eliminates the foundation subjects
Your valuable help would be appreciated

Plenty of good unis in computer science, such as Uni of Waterloo, top in Comp science, Uni of Toronto, McGill Uni, Uni of British Columbia, Uni of Calgary, Simon Fraser Uni, MacMaster Uni, etc, plenty of them. They are very affordable if u r a Canadian PR, fees can range from 5K to 12K C$ per academic yr and also depending on yr program. Yr previous courses may render u some transferable courses if the Uni recognises them, it all depends on the program of the Uni. So u have to apply directly and see how each uni assesses it.

Hey, my BF is currently doing his PhD at U of Saskatchewan. Not many ppl know about it outside of Canada but it is one of the largest in Canada and plus they pay pretty damn good scholarships here (18-25 K/year for PhD and 16K for Master's), so you don't actually have to pay. The cost of living here is lower than in other places mentioned, so it is pretty good deal. Graduates from their departments work for Pixar (Cars and Ratatouille =)) and iPhone development (the ones I know). Plus you don;t need to pass GRE!
So to the main point... my BF also has a Master's from a foreign University, so like you he initially applied for Master's, got accepted, however when he came here, they evaluated his credentials, he took couple classes, successfully finished them and they allowed him to transfer to PhD (because it is kind of lame to have to MSc in the same area =)).
