I am new to Canada and this website and wanted to know if any of you know how to go about applying for school and financial aide.
1. Which to apply first, school or financial aide?
2. What is a permanent code? (QC) and how to obtain one?
3. What is Guarantee Certificate? How to obtain one?
4. What is difference between Guarantee Certificate and permanent code?

I already read the website www(dot)afe(dot)gouv(dot)qc(dot)ca millions of time but I really need someone to dumb-it-down for me
