Which reference number to be used When comunicating Visa Office , 1st AOR or 2nd AOR refrence number.

Actually, there is nothing as 1AOR or 2nd AOR anymore for post Jun 2010 applicants. It is only AOR that comes from the VO and as already suggested by ana_ana, you have to use the number that is from the VO for the purpose of communication.
