You can find all the PNP's here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-who.asp

Just read each one and see which one seems to have a program that fits you.  You can even contact them and ask some questions.  If you want to buy a farm, you probably need to have farming experience.
