I am a professional with down stream & upstream experience and working as Health, Safety & environment. I worked in both Oil indusry and IT industry, on ships as well as on offshore, so which province will suits my job needs and anyone knows about genuine recruiters.

Try google search "Fort McMurray", it is a small town in Alberta Province that has oil sand deposit in Canada.  You should find other links pointing to the local recruiters.  Good luck

Alberta is the best option to live and find job opportunity. Further Calgary is more sound in terms of economics.
