Which PNP is fatested and Which one do not require Employer

Hi Guys, do you know which PNP do not require Employer to process the Visa? Which one is fastest?

You have to look at each PNP and look for an immigration class that you qualify for.  Many of them have business classes that require an investment, buying or setting up a business or farm but no job offer needed.  Some have a family component where you can be sponsored by family, even in some cases distant family members or friends and don't need a job offer.  I believe Manitoba lets you be sponsored by 2 friends but if you dont' have 2 friends there, it does not help very much to know that.  Alberta H1B program does not require a job offer but it's taking longer and longer now because it's swamped with applicants.
