Which places have you resided since your 18th bday - A query! ! !

I have a question, My company was based out of at location A whereas i resided at Location B, actually use to go to location A for 2-3days per week stayed at company guest house n then rest use to work from home...this has been on for since past 5+ years..have been working like this...so i have only mentioned my current Location B's address.
Now do i need to provide any separate letter explaining the same  or first wait for their response n only provide if they ask for it...

Similarly have all my bank accounts (where my sal. comes) at location B, so will these create any issues???

Read the question again, it asks you to list places where have been residing for 6 continuous months since you turned 18.

Thats what have been doing this since past 5 years..
so wanted to know do i need to provide the details of my Location A address as well.

Yes, but didnt you say in your first question that you used to stay away from home only a few days per week. That by no meane counts as continuous 6 months no matter how long the total no. of your days away from home come up to.
