We are using West Europe forms right now, because we will be applying through the London office, but wanted to ensure this was correct?

Yes, you'd use the West Europe forms.

You will still need to provide a police certificate from any country that you stayed in for more than 6 months. Also expect your process to take a bit longer than the normal average because of this fact.
