Which of 38 jobs match mechanical engineering with experience in HVAC&Plumbing

Hi ;

 I have a BS in Mechanical Engineering and have 10 years of experience in HVAC(Heating
and Ventilating and Air Conditioning) and plumbing of buildings as a designer and 4 years
of practical experience in the same field as a contractor and supervisor .

 Now my question is that :
1 - am I eligible to apply as Federal skilled worker
2 - if so, which of 38 jobs(required jobs for federal skilled workers) and the related NOC best
matches my experiences  & specialty .
