Hello Seniors,
I am working as "Regional Training Coordinator- Technical Dept" for a MNC for 3 years + experince of 9 years in similar situation.
Which NOC should I apply for "4131 College and Other Vocational Instructors" or "0213 Computer and Information Systems Managers"??
As stated in "4131 College and Other Vocational Instructors" they require following : -
communication systems design manager
computer and related services manager
computer applications manager
computer department co-ordinator
----> I happen to fall in this list
Issue : - My job role consist of both 4131 and 0213, as I take technical training for my company also (as required for "0213"). 0213 indicates :-
company trainer
computer training instructor (I do both for current role)
Please advice under which NOC should I apply??
Regards

Cumulatively, how many hours have u spent in your company, in the 4131 role? Similarly how many hours have you spent in 0213 role?
If either of that exceeds 1950 cumulative hours (and you can provide documented evidence), you can use that as your NOC category. Also you need to check your job responsibilities and go with the one which matches closely.

Thank you for your insight,
For both roles I have spent more than 2 years of job role as defined by NOC. Does it really matter if the experience was 2 or 3 years back??

Experience within the last 10 years is accepted
