Which is the correct occupation list

Well guys I am a bit confused...there are two different occupation lists to choose from

This one is :AINP Occupations under Pressure List for the Strategic Recruitment Stream – U.S. Visa Holder Category

This Other one is:Regional Occupations under Pressure List for Alberta
http://www.hrsdc.gc.ca/eng/workplaceskills/foreign_workers/oup/abouplist.shtml

I am not sure from which list should I choose the four digit code because first list have more occupations. Please help!!
