I am planning to put enquiry to new delhi visa office.
I have submitted my documents at ND VO in january2011.
which is better and fast way by mail or ordering CAIPS?

caipsnotes will take 5-6 weeks, will haev detailed info into your case,
case specific inquiry (email) may be faster but will entail less information
