Im looking for cheaper prices in Toronto or SAUGA

But i need all basic facilities like school, mall, wallmart, dollar store, No frills, other cheap grocery, park, gym

So someone recommended the following

Kipling or islington
downsview
scarbourough
young and shepard
Square one in MISSISSAUGA

So can anyone tell which would be most suitable in terms of price and proximity to public transport, cheap grocery and basic facilities ?
