Dear Arunvs, Processing time by New Delhi Visa office is around 11 months and that of Buffalo office around 17 months. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/skilled-fed.aspBut rather than considering just the proceesing times, better consider overall factors: US job experience will certainly be better counted than Indian job experience, which will be helpful for your future life in Canada. Though lot of factors count in getting a job in Canada but this could be important. Best of luck!!!! You can choose New Delhi, even if you are on H1 but would need to see how u would submit passports to New Delhi while u r in US. Easier- No difference Cheaper- No difference

Thanks every one for sharing ur views So while working in US with H1, we cant give our passports in New Delhi VO.... So applying PR in India While working in US is ruled-out.... How r the job openings for Mainframes Technology or Manual Testing in Canada? Huge requirement or very little??? Also, how to get the job in Canada while our Canada PR is in process??? Sorry to dump u with too many questions....

Almost yes but not totally. I know some people who submitted the PP to Indain CHC travelling back to India and staying in India for 2 months to get PP. Also think of possibility if after 18 months u r not in US for some reason, how will you submit PP then. How r the job openings for Mainframes Technology or Manual Testing in Canada? Huge requirement or very little??? Do your reaseach by looking around some job sites including websites like workopolis.com, monster.ca, indeed.ca etcAlso, how to get the job in Canada while our Canada PR is in process??? Very tough. Even after you have your PR in hand jobs are not easy to find in Canada. You can search and read many threads on that on this forum or google for job search experiences. Sorry to dump u with too many questions....
