Just for fun, I would be so curious to find out which countries are faster to process and giving the permanent card.

What you think guys?

It's more reliable than us sitting here guessing.  If you want statistics of actual cases, you can also go to trackitt.com

Not really true. Actually Vienna seems the fastest this year. People got their visas in 1-3 months, it is just not that many cases as at ND office
