Just for fun, I would be so curious to find out which countries are faster to process and giving the permanent card.

What you think guys?

Not really true. Actually Vienna seems the fastest this year. People got their visas in 1-3 months, it is just not that many cases as at ND office

18/05/09 - Process started at Vienna
31/08/09 - PPR
03/09/09 - I got my visa. Picked it up in person
