Delhi ofcourse. Buffalo will take lots of time due to traffic of H1, student & local candidates. Compare to it, Delhi is faster & less candidates & takes only 7 months when Buffalo takes 13 months to get approval.
I hope it helps.

Ya. It will be better. But ask them before withdrawal of your file. Ask about fees. Will you get them back? Also ask them friendly about putting your file from Delhi again. Because, I read somewhere that it will take sometime to withdraw your file. Ask them about how much time it takes to withdraw your file? Rest is perfect. I always say & am still saying, Put your file from India or any other country except USA, if you have residence or citizen status of that other country. It will boost up your file process.

Dear Nik.pu.us
Dont rush to withdraw your application from Buffalo before considering these facts. Delhi notw takes 8 Months to process. Withdrawing the application may take a few weeks to a month or longer, Your application has been with Buffalo for four months already. Count in the time of transferring the package to India. Buffalo takes 13 months to process a complete application but transferring it to Faster Delhi may end up costing you more time beyond the slow Buffalo.
