which application i have to choose regular or simple? Help me please

I have student visa F1 in USA from last one year. I will apply for PR after two weeks. so can i apply by regular application process? or i have to apply by simplified application process? I have all the document ready now, i mean police certificate of India and USA. balance certificate, work experience certificate. so please help me about this

what the difference between FSW category 1 and other? I am a Indian pharmacist. i have study 4 year bachelor study . during which i was worked on last 2 year i was worked as a pharmacist, in cash payment. and also after my bachelor i worked 1 year as a pharmacist. but i dont understand which category i have? what about 38 list of occupation?
