yes but at the time of visa issuence you need to put these in you account

Yes FD is sufficient as  POF.

notorized photocopy of fixed deposit will be enough for POF.

 Cheesy Copy of fixed deposit is OK. While landing at POE you should take the funds in Cash/DD/TC, according to your convenience. Say CAD 5000/- cash and balance as TC or draft.

Yes enough. Mine was just a letter from the bank stating the amount of funds present and it was accepted.
