My application was submitted at Buffalo. If I were selected for an interview, would I be interviewed in Buffalo, or at a consolate closer to where I live? I live 140 miles from the Seattle Consolate (in Portland, Oregon).

If it is Buffalo, would they take into consideration how long it takes to get to the Buffalo consolate? (since I am not very familiar with Buffalo and the surrounding area).

The form requests where you wish to be interviewed, I hope you checked Seattle, no guarantee that it will happen there, but they try.
