Hi Guys,

I have been seeing that people have been notified via email in several instances, regarding AOR and MR and so on, I guess this is a much faster way that waiting to get a letter from them as that takes several weeks.

My question is where do I need to fill in email address in the forms, so that they can contact me via email? I dont see a provision in the form that lets me put in an email address. I am currently in the process of gathering documents, so please help. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Cheers

The email address you had provided to PNP office will be used. If you plan on providing another email address - just include a letter in your application package that clearly states your email address.

Hi there,

thanks for the quick response, although I had given my email address for PNP, they only contacted me by sending a letter, and this is for application to CHC and if I am not mistaken, they only forward the letter of approval to the concerned visa office and in that letter, they have not mentioned my email address, is there any provision for us to provide email address on the IM0008 form? Cheers

Hi,

I know we have to send it to CIO NOva Scotia, but after that, they will send it across to the concerned visa office after preliminary verification done at the CIO, and its the concerned CHC offices who requests for MR and PPR n stuff rite? Anyways, ill see what I can do, and probably try contacting the CHC office or CIO regarding the same .. Cheers
